Steps to follow for Insurance Claim :
- Report to your insurance company. Call police if any injuries or damage of public properties.
- Call us @ 9321 0855 (24hrs) to inform us.
- We will arrange tow service if necessary.
- Prepare below document for us and Idac for incident reporting.
- Driver I/C (Photocopy of front and back)
- Driver Driving Liensce (Photocopy of front and back)
- Insurance Cert
- Owner I/C (Photocopy of front and back)
- We may bring you to Idac for the report.
- We would need you to sign a Warrant Act to prove to the 3rd party insurance company that you engage us to represent you to act for your car incident claim.
- Wait for result while car will be repair in process.
*Result averagely 2 to 3 month times. Base on case by case basis.
